Your host Stephanie Dodier is a Clinical Nutritionist, food cravings and weight loss expert. She was there too, Stephanie lost 100lbs ended the food cravings that were ruling her life for the last 20 years. At 34 years old she was hospitalized, sick, depressed and hated her body.
